Greek Meatballs (Keftedes)

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 small yellow onion, grated or chopped small
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 T Parsley, chopped
• 1 T Italian Dressing
• 1 T Ketchup
• ½ C Bread Crumbs
• Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Form small balls and place them on a sheet pan. This recipe should make approx. 20 mini meatballs or 10 large ones.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked in the middle.
