Homemade Cranberry Sauce
• 12 oz Fresh or frozen cranberries
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Orange juice
• 3/4 cup Water
In a medium saucepan on medium heat, dissolve sugar in water and orange juice. Add the cranberries and stir a few times. Cook until the cranberries start to pop and break apart, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve cold or at room temperature.
