Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Serving: 8
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• ¼ c granulated sugar
• ½ cup butter, softened
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon water
• 3/4-1 c chocolate chips
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave flour for 1 min until temperature is 160 degrees. Set aside to cool. Combine sugars and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla and salt. Add flour; mix until a crumbly dough forms. Mix in water. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls. If dough is too soft, refrigerate and then roll into balls. Refrigerate to chill. Enjoy!
