In this class we will explore the international culture and cuisine of the Mediterranean Region and the Middle East, including traditional Jewish and Israeli foods. Think Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Iran, Morocco, Turkey, France, and Syria, among other countries. Lots to learn, lots to cook, and definitely lots to eat!

Winter and Spring Holiday Cooking and Baking Class
Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, National Spaghetti Day, St. Patrick’s Day, National Chocolate Cake Day, Easter, National Pancake Day, Passover, and a few surprises. The best part of these fun holidays is learning about them and of course...cooking, baking, and eating! Join us as we create some traditional holiday recipes and some new favorites, along with some surprises. This class is open to beginners and intermediate level students.

Cuisine Around the United States
The cuisine of the United States is very diverse and has various styles of cooking. In this class, we will learn about the history and influences that helped shape the cooking styles and traditional food dishes prepared around the United States. Get ready to have fun and taste the food and flavors that are truly American!

ABC - Cook with Me!
(for toddlers)
This class will include storytelling combined with child-friendly foods related to the story. Toddlers, roll up your sleeves as we will stir, mash, roll, taste, touch, and smell while we strengthen and help develop Pre-K skills such as A,B,C's, numbers, colors, shapes, etc.
