Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 36 cookies
• 1 cup canned pumpkin
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1t milk (use water or parve milk to make parve)
• 1 T vanilla extract
• 2 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 t baking powder
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 t ground cinnamon
• 1/4 t ground cloves
• 2 cups semi-sweet/parve chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine pumpkin, sugar, egg, and vegetable oil, milk and vanilla in mixing bowl. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves and choc chips. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in two batches. Mix just until incorporated. Drop by tablespoon or scoop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 11-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 min on cookie sheet then remove.
