Vegan Chocolate Cake

1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained
½ cup cocoa powder
7 oz dairy-free dark chocolate
7 oz firm tofu
1 cup dates, pitted + soft
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plant-based milk
Preheat oven to 320 degrees. Line a springform pan with parchment.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
Pour into greased and lined pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Release from pan and serve.
