Chinese New Year, National Baked Alaska Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, National Hot Chocolate Day, Purim, Shrove Tuesday/Mardi Gras, Spaghetti Day, Glazed Donut Day, National Whipped Cream Day, National Bagel Day, President’s Day and National Cherry Pie Day, Chicken Noodle Soup Day and a few surprises. The best part of these fun holidays is learning about them and of course...cooking, baking, and eating! Join us as we create some traditional holiday recipes and some new favorites. This class is open to beginners and returning students. The majority of the recipes used in this class have NOT been prepared in prior classes.

Let's BAKE
Baking and eating…what could be better?? This class for ages 5-10 will allow our younger students to learn the basics of baking from the raw ingredients to the finishing touches. This class for beginners to those with experience will touch upon cookies, cakes and cupcakes, pies, bars, unique and fancy desserts, and decorating. Bring your creativity and join the delicious fun!

Let's Cook the Classics!
In this class we will explore traditional classic recipes and add our own modern spin. Think New England Clam Chowder, Au Gratin Potatoes, Chicken Wellington, Pate Choux, Key Lime Pie, and many others. Included will be main entrees, sides, and desserts. This class is open to beginners as well as returning students. The majority of the recipes used in this class have NOT been prepared in prior classes.

A B C Cook with Me!
Toddlers and Pre-K students, roll up your sleeves and get ready to have fun as we stir, mash, roll, taste, touch, and smell, while we strengthen and encourage the development of physical, social, and emotional skills as well as literacy and cognitive skills. This class will include lessons and storytelling combined with child-friendly, hands-on Food activities related to our holiday and seasonal based curriculum.
